Here are a few of my favorite Bridgerton-inspired baby names with their meanings and origins to give you some inspiration.

We have yet to see Benedict’s true love on the show, which is rumored to cast in Season 4. This name is actually very religious in origin, originating from the Latin word “blessed.”
I think Benny would be a great nickname for any little boy “blessed” with this name!

59 Walter
I’ll admit, prior to writing this list, Walter wasn’t exactly my favorite name.
However, I warmed up to it after I did a little research. Like Nigel, this name originates from surprisingly heroic roots. In German legend, King Walther von Aquitaine single-handedly (like, literally, the poor dude lost his hand) fights an epic battle before becoming king.
Unsurprisingly, Walter means “powerful ruler.”
50 Winifred
If you love cute nicknames, you really can’t go wrong with Winifred. You’ve got “Winnie” or “Fred.” Both are super adorable! The name itself is Old English and means “blessed.”
